Steam Miao 550 Pro RC Helicopter Frame Kit with Blade Version MK55PRO

Steam just released two helicopters: Miao 550 and Miao 600 helicopter. With the new design, it will bring you fantasitic flying experience.

The whole helicopter frame is made of Japanese high-strength reinforced plastic injection molding. It adopts a streamlined full-wrapped design and a double "Ⅱ" type double frame structure, which brings the strongest performance at the lightest weight. It has won many national patents.

The main rotor fixing seat is made of 7075-T65 super-hard aluminum alloy and is fully CNC-molded. The split clamping arm is used, and the thrust bearing is modified to be placed in the middle, which indirectly extends the side swing arm of the bearing and reduces the virtual swing. It can withstand stronger tension to meet the current mainstream models' requirements for high power.

The cross plate group is made of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy and has high-precision structural strength. It meets the stringent flight load-bearing requirements and effectively improves flight stability and control performance. The cross plate adopts a patented design with no virtual structure and an independent fixing method. This patented design can reduce assembly clearance, leaving only the virtual swing of the bearing itself. This structure makes it very convenient to repair, disassemble and maintain the cross plate. Japanese NSK fisheye bearings are used, and all ball head threads are increased to 3.0mm to avoid the problem of easy slippage and fragility of the original M2 ball head, so as to meet the current large-scale aircraft's load requirements for the cross plate.

The speed regulator cover is made of Japanese high-strength reinforced plastic material injection molding, with a streamlined full wrap and streamlined design. Suitable for 100A-130A brushless electronic speed regulators.

The side panel is made of plastic material and carbon fiber integrally injection molded, with an overall streamlined design and multiple mortise and tenon joints, which effectively improves the structural strength without increasing the weight.


The large gear plate is made of plastic steel and is formed by CNC processing. The processing method and material of this product are different from those of injection molding products. It has the advantages of wear resistance, high strength, high temperature resistance, and impact resistance.

The rear tripod is also made of plastic material and carbon fiber injection molding. The overall streamlined design, multiple mortise and tenon design, connected to the side panel, supports the entire fuselage.

All equipment wiring is protected.

The upper and lower fuselage parts are connected by mortise and tenon module components, with a two-way embedded design, which can be fixed with only a few screws and is as stable as a rock. The 5mm diameter carbon fiber tail support component, T-shaped thickened structure, and multiple mortise and tenon designs firmly lock the tail tube, effectively improving flight stability and tail locking effect.

The tail gearbox has a solid structure and the tail shaft bearing has high concentricity, which can effectively reduce the vibration of the tail. The double bearing anti-slip design has a built-in anti-static function.

The injection-molded tail rotor clamp seat is real and plays a symmetrical balancing role. The stepped three-bearing design lengthens the radial distance between the bearing and the shaft. All bearings are installed on the tail center shaft and no longer rely on screws to fix them, effectively preventing the probability of ejection.
