ARRIS 8L flow rate aerosol nozzle exclusively uses a layered water-cooling design to ensure the motor does not overheat during prolonged operation. The inner turbine and outer helical gear aerosol disc design significantly reduce motor power, speed, and weight while achieving atomization as fine as 30 microns—only attainable with dual-power nozzles (which are short-lived, heavy, and expensive). Foldable design for easy storage and transport.

Parameter:
Item model: 4822
Voltage Range: 14s-18s
Current Range: Within 64A
Speed Range: 16000 RPM
Maximum Flow Rate: 8L (Defined by water pump)
Atomization Microns: 30-100 microns
Spray Width: 6-8 meters
Rated Power: 360W (defined by flow rate and speed)
Control Method: PWM or CAN
Weight: 370g
Operating Temperature: -10 to 50°C
Protection Rating: IP55
Control Mode: Stepless speed regulation
Speed Feedback:  PWM (No), CAN (support)
Inlet/Outlet Pipe Diameter: 8-12mm
Plug Specification: Quick plug
Cable Length: 1.25 meters

Cable Definition:
Red -- Positive
Black -- Negative
White -- Signal
Yellow -- Ground

Product Usage Precautions:
1. The nozzle must not run dry; the water pump must be turned on simultaneously when the nozzle is operating (the liquid flow is needed to cool the nozzle motor).
2. When powered by 16S, set the nozzle speed to 95% (analog value 1000-1950).
3. When powered by 18S, set the nozzle speed to 85% (analog value 1000-1850).
4. Turn off the nozzle when the liquid runs out (some flight controllers do not have a centrifugal nozzle mode and require the nozzle to be turned off manually).
5. After each operation, fill the tank with clean water and add a cleaning agent. Run the centrifugal nozzle until the tank is empty, then let it idle for 30 seconds. This is to clean out any residual pesticide to prevent corrosion, solidification, and damage to the motor bearings.
